  1. My country is not included in your delivery list. Can I still order from you?

Unfortunately, we are unable to arrange delivery to destinations that are not listed above. However, you are still able to order from us and arrange your own couriers to collect your goods from our distribution centre in Runcorn, Cheshire, UK.

We are constantly working to add more delivery destinations to our list so please check again soon.

  2. Will I need to pay UK VAT?

    Customers Within the EU

As a member of the EU, EEA or single market you are entitled to order goods without paying UK VAT as long as you enter valid VAT and EORI details for your business and that we arrange delivery directly to you.
All VAT and EORI details will be verified before dispatch. If the VAT and/or EORI details you have provided fail verification, your order will be frozen pending the receipt of correct information. If you are still unable to give the correct details, your order will be cancelled and an administration fee of £50 or 10% of your order (whichever greatest) will be charged.
It is not possible to amend invoices or refund UK VAT after an order has been placed.

Customers Outside the EU and/or Arranging Their Own Export

It is important you confirm with your freight forwarder that they are able to provide you with vaild proof of export documents before placing your order.
