Delivery Information for UK Mainland Customers

Where do you deliver to in the UK?
We deliver all over mainland UK, including mainland Scotland.
Offshore islands such as Jersey, Guernsey, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Islands are excluded from our UK delivery service. Deliveries to Northern Ireland are facilitated through our international delivery service international delivery. We are currently unable to arrange delivery to Jersey, Guernsey and the Scottish Islands.
What delivery services do you offer in the UK?
Unless you have requested a later date, all UK mainland orders are delivered within a maximum 3 working days. You will be notified by email upon dispatch of your order. Unless we inform you otherwise, once dispatched your order will be delivered the next working day. This excludes conditions that are beyond our control.
- To guarantee same-day dispatch for UK Next Working Day orders, place your orders before 1pm from Monday to Friday.
- For Saturday delivery, orders must be placed before 1pm on Friday.

What if I’m not in?
If there is no one available to sign for your order, a second delivery attempt will be made the next working day. If there is still no one available to sign for your order, our couriers may attempt to contact you to arrange delivery. Orders that are undeliverable, e.g. because the address is incorrect or there has been no one available to sign for the order, will be returned to us. Orders returned as undeliverable will be charged at the outbound rate before being resent or refunded. If orders are to be resent, an additional delivery charge will apply.
Can I collect from you?
Sadly, it is not possible to collect from us unless your order collection is arranged to be collected by a verified shipping agent (for overseas customers only).
Can I place more orders without paying additional carriage?
Our automated Multi-Order Feature allows you to place multiple orders to the same mainland UK address without worrying about additional delivery costs. Here's how it works:
- Place an order as usual.
- If you wish to order more items before we've dispatched your order, go ahead! You won't be charged extra for delivery as long as it's going to the same address and you select the same delivery method.
- Enjoy free delivery for all additional orders placed until your current orders are dispatched.
Once your orders have been dispatched, our standard delivery charges will apply to any new orders. Should your initial order amount to less than £150, excluding VAT, we regret that the delivery charge incurred cannot be refunded, even in the event that your subsequent orders cumulatively exceed the £150 threshold. Deliveries outside of mainland UK are not eligible for this feature.
