Non-mainland UK and Global Customers - We can arrange delivery directly to you, however we are unfortunately unable to offer the free delivery service available to our UK mainland customers.

From experience, we have found the cheapest and most economical method of delivery is via pallet(s). This method of delivery is reserved for larger and/or high value orders for our non-mainland UK and European customers only. We always aim to arrange the most economical method of delivery for your order. It is only possible to get an exact delivery price when you have placed and paid for your order and we have confirmed the weights and dimensions of it. If you have your own shippers it is also possible to arrange a collection from our warehouse in London E3. Please note that UK VAT will be payable on all orders that are collected directly from our warehouse and/or delivered to shippers in the UK. A VAT refund will be arranged when we have been provided with shipping documents proving the goods have left the UK. In addition, all EU customers must provide a valid company VAT number. 

Delivery of smaller orders can be arranged by the carton. Please see our rates below:

International Carton Delivery Rates - Delivery prices are per carton. A maximum weight of 25kg per carton applies for European deliveries.
Delivery times vary between 3 and 10 working days from dispatch for European deliveries, depending on the delivery destination.

Shortest side - 58cm
Other side - 78cm
Length plus girth: 300cm maximum.

VAT, Import duty and tolls - For all sales to EU countries you are required to provide us with your VAT number and registered company name and address. Failure to provide these details will result in a VAT charge at the current UK rate. VAT will not be charged for deliveries made outside of the EU. Any applicable import duties and tolls will be charged to the customer. NDA Toys/our couriers reserve the right to charge customers for any additional costs incurred at customs.

Payment - All orders and carriage charges are to be paid in full online by a 3D authenticated Credit/Debit Card, or by Bank Transfer before dispatch. It is not possible to order online using the bank transfer method. NDA Toys reserves the right to charge customers for any surcharges on bank transfers made to our account. Fees generally range from £7 and £10 depending on the transferring bank. No fees will be charged for Credit/Debit card transactions and transfer fees will be waived on orders above £300.00. The exact number of cartons and cost of carriage will be provided when your order has been placed, picked and packed. It is not possible to provide delivery costs before this process has taken place. When your carriage cost has been calculated, a payment link will be forwarded to you to make the carriage payment. NDA Toys also reserves the right to charge for any special packing requirements/materials that are requested/needed that exceed our normal dispatch process.

If the addressee is absent on delivery, a note will be left stating when and where the parcel can be collected. Depending on the country of destination, 1 to 3 delivery attempts will be made and the parcel will be returned after 1 to 3 weeks if these attempts prove unsuccessful.

• In certain countries, if the addressee is absent our couriers may deliver to a neighbouring address so that customers can receive their parcels as soon as possible. The person who accepts this parcel at the neighbouring address must sign upon receipt. A note will be left informing the addressee if the parcel has been handed to a neighbour.
• Parcels that are undeliverable (e.g. because the address is incorrect) will be returned to the sender.
• Parcels cannot be sent to PO Box addresses/poste restante (except for parcels delivered to The Netherlands).
• Parcels returned as undeliverable will be charged at the outbound rate before being resent or refunded. If parcels are to be resent, another delivery charge will apply. 

To avoid these inconveniences, please ensure delivery details are correct and a person will be present to sign for the delivery.
