1. I cannot see trade/wholesale prices:
Trade (wholesale) prices are clearly displayed besides the Union Jack flag when you are logged in. The Trade price is always the price of a single pack and excludes VAT. In order to view trade prices you must have a registered trade account with us. This can be done by filling in a simple registration form located on the right, under the search bar. If you have completed the form and are still unable to view trade prices, please call us free on 0800 043 8697 or +44 207 537 0018 (overseas/UK mobiles).

2. My login isn't working.
When you register with us for the first time, you will automatically be logged in. Every time you visit the NDA Toys website after that, you will be required to login to view trade (wholesale) prices.
If you attempt to login after registering, the email field will remain completed, but your password will be removed from the password field. A simple way to check if you are logged in is to click on the "My Account" link on the right of the website under the "register Now" link. If you are asked for login details, you are not logged in. If you see the My Account section (as below), you are logged in.

3. Can I collect my order?
It is possible to collect orders processed online or by phone from our warehouse in London E3. However we are not a "Cash & Carry", and therefore it is not possible for you to select and purchase your order directly from our warehouse. If you would like to collect an order, please place the order, either online or by phone, at least one working day before collection is required. This provides us with enough time to pick your order and keep it ready for you to collect. When your order is ready for collection, we will telephone you to let you know.
Please note: First orders must be over £150 for collection to be considered. When you have completed your first purchase, there is no minimum value for order collection.

4. How much is carriage for orders under £150?
All UK Mainland orders under £150 have a delivery charge of £10 + VAT for delivery within 3 working days, and £15 + VAT for a Next Day delivery service (excludes weekends).

5. Can I have my order delivered to another address?
When placing your first order with us, you will be unable to amend a delivery or account address yourself. However, after completing your first order, you will be able to create your own address book from the "My Account" section, which will then allow you to choose which address you would like your order sent to.
If you require your first order to be sent to another address other than the one used in registration, you must notify us via the "Additional Comments" field at the checkout stage of your order, inputting the changed address accordingly.
Please note: All amended address requests will be transferred to our payment department for verification. If there are any queries related to the requested addresses, we will contact you directly to discuss any problems.

6. Can you call me before delivery to make sure I'm in, or leave the delivery on the property if I am out?
Unfortunately our couriers are unable to call customers before delivery and as all deliveries require a signature, it is not possible for deliveries to be left on the property. Our couriers deliver between 9am and 6pm and although we can advise them of potential "avoid times", we cannot guarantee these. If you require any special instructions for the couriers, please add these (maximum 25 characters) to the "Additional Comments" field at the checkout stage of your order.

7. Do you have a discount structure?
No - We have one trade/wholesale price for all our customers. You will not find any of your competitors buying stock at different or cheaper prices than you. We always offer our most competitive price first.

8. I cannot add an item to my basket - Why is this?
All the stock levels on our website are live. If an item is out of stock it will not be possible for you to add the item in to your basket. If an item is in stock you will see the message "IN STOCK - AVAILABLE" under the product code on the product page.
Please note: It is not possible to order more stock than is immediately available.

9. Do you deliver overseas?
No - Due to the high cost of shipping overseas, we can only deliver to UK Mainland. However if you have your own shippers or are able to arrange a collection from our warehouse in London E3, then please contact us to set up your account.

10. Can you send me a catalogue?
In order to remain the UK's cheapest toy and stationery distributers, we do not print glossy and expensive catalogues. From experience, we have found catalogues are quickly outdated and are costly, and such costs are consequently added to the price of your goods. All our products are online and all our stock levels live, making ordering quick, accurate and easy.

11. Are all your products online or do you have more lines in your warehouse?
All our products are available on our NDA Toys wholesale website. New items are continually being added to our website, and all discontinued items are removed as soon as they are sold out.
